I'd give Saint Viviana Sparkling Chardonnay a 4.7 out of 5 because it's the first non-alcoholic wine I've found that actually delivers a real Chardonnay flavor. I tasted crisp notes of green apple and citrus that lead into a creamy texture with a hint of toasty brioche on the finish. It's what I'd reach for during a fancy dinner or a celebration, though it's a bit pricey at twenty dollars for a four-pack of cans. This is easily my favorite find for a convincing sparkling white that doesn't just taste like apple juice.
